5. Shipping & Delivery 运送与交货
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days.
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds 退换货政策

Online orders: returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items with tags attached.
In-store purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
